The Founder
- Morningclue Research, LLC was founded by Denise Walker, who has worked as a researcher for over three decades and also is a Virginia-registered private investigator.
- Work history highlights: Denise was part of the fact-checking team (officially an “editorial researcher”) for AARP The Magazine, AARP Bulletin and aarp.org for seven years. Prior to that she worked as a reference librarian to trademark examining attorneys at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for over a decade and was a research services analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton.
- Early in her career Denise was an information specialist for a national clearinghouse devoted to young children and youth with disabilities and fielded phone and mail questions from parents and educators nationwide.

- Family history: Summer, 1948: A young woman is found beaten to death at the Pentagon lagoon in Arlington, Virginia. She was 22. That woman was my aunt. Her case was never solved.
